When a candidate has their details online a username and password can be issued, candidates are then able to amend their status, which means they will be able to say whether they are looking for work, immediately available or just seeing what’s out there.  Clients are then able to search for the candidates CV and once requested an Olicana Agent will be in touch. Candidates are also able to search for permanent or temporary positions with employers in their local area.

Online Timesheet – this will save time and money and works like this - at the end of the working week the CAD Technician accesses our website securely using a username and password, the CAD Technician completes their timesheet and submits it. An email is then automatically sent to the nominated clients email address with a secure link back to the website, the client then checks the timesheet and authorises it, if the timesheet is not corect the client simply disputes it until it is put right.
